[…] So, since last time I missed the Blogathon, I am again doing another ‘thon of the nature - a 12-hour, 24-post one, called the Blogarity Project. It is also at a different time, in February. You should visit the Forums and register, and participate if possible. I am blogging for Amnesty International, and I will add a notice when time comes. I will have a new design up at that time, so no annoying sidebar that breaks in IE. (Though IE sucks.) […]

Not Able to do Blogathon 2006
Posted on Sunday, July 30th, 2006 at 9:05 am.

Saddening was the failure of my goddamned hard drive (Murphy’s Law) - and so was my inability to participate in Blogathon 2006. With no laptop to use during MIT classes, and my not being home during the whole of the 24 hours to use my desktop computer, blogging for Blogathon 2006 proved useless. I could have used my laptop during my MIT classes, but I could not now, since, well, my hard drive crashed. As well as my own not being able to blog for Blogathon, neither could Dave - the plan was to share my laptop to blog during Blogathon.

So, due to my (goddamnit!!) hard drive failure, neither Dave or I was able to blog for Blogathon 2006 - because of my (goddamnit!!) hard drive failure. Nothing to blog with at 9:00 AM, so we were quickly disqualified.

Look out next year - I’ll be here and blogging.
